1. Natural Intelligence & Internal Knowledgebase
1-1. Interpretations of
Matter
and spirits
have been
divergent since the times of Plato. From classical
science view point, as "spirits" could not
be measured, treatment of spiritual entities
have been
considered as non scientific. The
recent quantum measurements revealed that matter is consisted
of particles and information coded in terms of "0" & "1" series of qubits.
Though the detailed internal
dynamics of the interplays
of information and particle have not been formulated
quantitatively, matter
contains information, the modern
terminology for "spirits" can be established by the quantum nature
of matter.

Natural
Intelligence:
As
matter is made up of information systems interacting with particles, the
universe is consists of such particle
information control systems. Humans comprising of
particles and
information are also subsystems of the
total system of universe.
Since human evolved from primates millions of years ago, human has reacted instinctively
to the rest
of the world based on
natural
intelligence
embedded in particles information systems.

Internal Knowledgebase:
Human's perceptions (models) of reality has been
programmed in the
minds of the individuals, as
internal
knowledgebase.
The information generated and stored in the minds
and transmitted to the fellow men has been
called spirits conventionally. Human's instinctive
interaction
with the rest of world is guided by the
mechanism of our
natural
intelligence.
2. Artificial Intelligence & External Knowledgebase
2-1.
Artificial Intelligence
Human's perception of reality has
been documented by scripts since the invention of symbols as
models of human's artificial intelligence.
In modern times, human invented computation machines by
simulating basic human computational
process leading to the development of modern digital computers.
Artificial perception of reality by human
intelligence used to be recorded by documentations statically
can now be simulated dynamically by digital
computers.

External Knowledgebase
These
printed texts of static human intelligence in
external
knowledgebase
has been traditionally serving
as a common framework of beliefs. These models of common beliefs are external, off-line, and
are now
subject to
revisions as human has gained better understandings of
reality from quantum mechanics
revelations.
3.
Internets and the Cyberspace:
3-1.
As human knowledge be scrutinized by
further
revelations of our understanding of matter and
spirits, the
documented external Knowledgebase
in the past will be reexamined and updated by new models.
The internet
platform is now offering us an open tool to broadcast
and communicate over the cyberspace
for the better understanding of ourselves.
3-2. The cyberspace used to be free space for human's natural
intelligence, is now clouded by the heavy
traffic of electromagnetic waves generated by
transmitters densely scattered around the surface of the
globe.
