 Dear ' 63DBSClassmates, particularly those who have worked in Physics, Mathematics, BioMedical,
BioPysics, Communications Engineering, Humanities & Weath Accumulations,

In the past week I originally intended to work out an analysis of the contradicting factors in the Western
culture & its evolvements ,to point out the artificial nature of the intellectual models.

However, I unavoidably hit on my area of the nature of information control on the current research efforts,
and found an article which sums up nicely the evolution of the deterministic classical sciences to the current
attempts to merge Quantum reality, Information control, molecular Biology, DNA Mappings, hardware and
Software in Biological Systems....etc.

Dear '63 Classmates,

At the Shanghai Neolithic site under the hot Summer sun, while wife Betty spent a few days in the city and
Expo with her visiting sister, I had the luxury of reflecting on how to proceed with my top down narrative.  At the
same time, in my backyard, the workers are repairing the river bank.

After investigating on the web on various related topics in the past week, I have now updated myself on what
others have done recently on quantum bio physics as well as in the field of quantum information engineering
(applications).
The key revelations would be the nature of LIFE and Natural intelligence, by linking the very "ancient" to the very
